Aveho Agent Portal — Privacy Policy
Last updated: Aug 31, 2026 Effective date: Aug 31, 2026
1. Scope — Read This First
This Privacy Policy applies only to the Aveho Agent Portal at agent.avehosolutions.com (the "Portal"). It describes what Aveho Solutions LLC ("Aveho," "we," "our," "us") collects about you, the Agent, and how we handle it.
This policy does not govern consumers who use the Aveho mobile app. If you are an Aveho mobile app user, you can find the appropriate privacy policy at Aveho Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect About Agents
2.1 Information you provide
- Login credentials: email address and password. Passwords are stored only as a one-way cryptographic hash — we cannot see or recover them.
- Agent profile: your name, brokerage name, contact email, and (optionally) a custom URL slug.
- Logo and brand assets: any logo image you upload for App co-branding.
- Code labels: the names you assign to your Invitation Codes (for example, "2026 Spring Newsletter").
- Communications: messages you send to our support or privacy addresses.
2.2 Information generated by your use of the Portal
- Usage data: pages viewed, features used, codes created or disabled, actions taken, and timestamps.
- Device and technical data: browser type, operating system, screen size, language, time zone, and approximate IP-based location.
- Authentication data: sign-in events, session tokens, and password-reset requests.
- Diagnostic data: error and performance logs used to fix problems.
- Agreement records: when you accept Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions, we record the date and time, the document version, and the IP address and browser identifier from which you accepted, as evidence of agreement.
2.3 Information we do not collect
We do not collect your real estate license number, MLS credentials, Social Security number, or government identification. We do not access your CRM, email account, or contact lists. We do not track you across other websites or apps, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies in the Portal.
3. How We Use Agent Information
We use the information above to:
- Create and secure your Portal account and authenticate your sign-ins.
- Generate, label, and manage your Invitation Codes.
- Render your logo as co-branding in the Aveho app for your associated Clients.
- Compute and display your Client Engagement Data (Section 5).
- Send you service and account communications, and — where you have not opted out — occasional product updates.
- Operate, debug, secure, and improve the Portal.
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and misuse of Invitation Codes.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce the Agent Portal Terms of Service.
- Produce aggregate, de-identified statistics about Portal usage.
We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use it to serve you ads.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Portal uses only cookies and local storage that are strictly necessary to operate: to keep you signed in, to maintain your session securely, and to remember basic interface preferences. We do not use advertising, retargeting, or third-party analytics cookies for cross-site tracking. Blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in.
5. Client Information Made Available to You in the Portal
When a person creates an Aveho app account by entering one of your Invitation Codes, they affirmatively opt in to a limited association with you. That association is what makes the following visible in your Portal.
5.1 What you can see
- The Client's name.
- The names of events the Client creates (for example, "Move to Florida").
- The number of items captured in each event — a count only.
- When the Client downloaded the app and associated with you.
- Whether an event has been upgraded to Aveho Plus, and how it was upgraded.
- Which of your Invitation Codes the Client used, so you can compare marketing channels.
5.2 What you can never see
- Any individual item — its name, description, photos, estimated value, condition, brand, or category.
- Any room names or room-level detail.
- Any ratings, allocation results, or allocation decisions.
- The identity of any guest a Client invites to an event, or anything a guest does.
- Any Client's photographs, in whole or in part.
- Any information about app users who did not enter one of your codes.
5.3 How this is enforced
This is an architectural constraint, not a display setting. Item counts are computed on our servers and delivered to the Portal as totals. Item records are never transmitted to the Portal in any form, and are not present in the Portal's network traffic, page source, or browser memory. Database row-level security scopes every Portal query to your own records.
6. Your Obligations as a Recipient of Client Information
Client Engagement Data is confidential, and once it is in your hands you are an independent controller of it under applicable privacy law. The Agent Portal Terms of Service, Section 7, sets out the binding restrictions. In summary, you must not:
- Sell, rent, share, or disclose it to third parties, data brokers, lead services, or other agents.
- Use it in any way that discriminates on a protected basis under federal, state, or local fair housing law.
- Attempt to re-identify or reconstruct a Client's inventory contents, property values, or household composition.
- Use it to contact anyone in violation of TCPA, Do-Not-Call, CAN-SPAM, or state solicitation rules.
- Scrape or bulk-export it by automated means.
You are responsible for responding to any request, complaint, or regulatory inquiry arising from your own use of this information.
7. How We Share Agent Information
We share Agent information only as described below.
7.1 With service providers
| Provider | Role | Agent data they receive |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase | Backend, authentication, database, file storage | Account, profile, code, and logo data |
| Vercel | Web hosting and delivery of the Portal | Request logs, IP address, browser data |
| Resend | Transactional email | Your email address and message content |
| [Analytics / error-reporting provider — to be specified before general availability] | Diagnostics and usage analytics | Diagnostic and usage data; no Client Engagement Data |
Each provider is bound by contractual terms requiring it to protect the information and use it only to provide services to us.
7.2 With your Brokerage
We do not proactively share your Portal activity with your Brokerage. If your Brokerage contracts with Aveho directly in the future, we will tell you before any Brokerage-level reporting begins.
7.3 For legal reasons
We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, court order, or government request, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Aveho, our users, or others. Where legally permitted, we will notify you before disclosure.
7.4 In connection with a business transaction
If Aveho is acquired, merged, or sells substantially all its assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring party, which will be bound by this Policy or will notify you and allow you to close your account first.
8. Your Choices and Rights
- Access and correction. You can view and edit your profile, logo, and code labels in the Portal at any time.
- Account deletion. Email
privacy@avehosolutions.comto close your Portal account. See Section 9 for what is and is not deleted. - Email preferences. You can opt out of non-essential product emails. Service and security emails cannot be opted out of while your account is active.
- State privacy rights. If you reside in California, Minnesota, or another U.S. state with a comprehensive consumer privacy law, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, to correct it, to request deletion, to opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither), and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Email
privacy@avehosolutions.com; we will respond within the period required by law (generally 45 days) and may need to verify your identity first.
Note that some of these rights are more limited in a business-to-business context, and rights that belong to Clients must be exercised by the Clients themselves through the consumer app.
9. Retention and Deletion
- While your account is active: we retain your account, profile, logo, and code data so you can use the Portal.
- When you close your account: within 30 days we delete or de-identify your login credentials, profile, contact information, and logo from production systems. Copies may persist in encrypted backups for up to an additional 90 days before automatic rotation removes them.
- Agreement acceptance: we permanently store documentation of your acceptance of the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions (IP address, Date Version)
- Invitation Codes are never hard-deleted. Disabling or closing an account marks codes inactive and permanently retires the code strings. The code records themselves are retained.
- Client attribution records are retained. The record that a given Client signed up using a given code lives on that Client's account, not yours, and is part of the Client's own history with Aveho. Closing your Portal account does not delete it. Only the Client can delete their own account data, through the app.
- Aggregate data. We may retain aggregate, non-identifying statistics indefinitely.
- Legal holds. We retain what the law requires for as long as it requires, and delete it when the basis ends.
10. Security
We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, multi-factor-protected and logged access to production systems, and database row-level security that scopes each Agent to their own records. Privileged operations run server-side only.
No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify you and applicable regulators as required by law.
11. International Users
The Portal is operated from and hosted in the United States and is intended only for U.S.-based real estate professionals. If you access it from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country.
12. Children's Privacy
The Portal is a business tool for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy. For material changes, we will notify you by email or in-Portal notice at least fourteen (14) days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision.
14. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
