Aveho Agent Portal — Terms of Service
Last updated: Aug 31, 2026 Effective date: Aug 31, 2026
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aveho Agent Portal at agent.avehosolutions.com (the "Portal"), operated by Aveho Solutions LLC ("Aveho," "we," "our," or "us"), and the relationship between you and Aveho.
The Portal is a business product for real estate professionals. These Terms are separate from, and do not replace, the Aveho Terms of Service and Aveho Privacy Policy that govern the Aveho consumer mobile application (the "App").
By creating a Portal account or using the Portal, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Portal.
1. Definitions
- "Agent" or "you" — the individual real estate professional who registers for and uses a Portal account.
- "Brokerage" — the licensed real estate brokerage or firm with which you are affiliated.
- "Client" — an individual who downloads and uses the App after entering one of your Invitation Codes.
- "Invitation Code" — a short alphanumeric code generated in the Portal that a Client enters when creating an App account, which associates that Client's account with you.
- "Client Engagement Data" — the limited, aggregate information about associated Clients that the Portal makes available to you, as described in Section 7 and in the Agent Portal Privacy Policy.
- "Agent Content" — logos, brand names, brokerage names, contact information, code labels, and any other material you upload to or enter in the Portal.
2. Eligibility
To use the Portal, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Hold an active real estate license (or equivalent professional credential) in a U.S. state, or be an employee or authorized representative of a licensed Brokerage.
- Have authority from your Brokerage to use third-party marketing and client-engagement tools and to distribute co-branded materials on the Brokerage's behalf. You are responsible for obtaining any required broker approval before using the Portal.
- Provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
Aveho may verify your license status and may suspend or terminate your account if you do not meet these requirements.
3. Accounts and Security
Each Portal login is tied to a single Agent record. You may not share your credentials, allow another person to use your account, or maintain more than one account without our written consent. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Notify us at support@avehosolutions.com promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. What the Portal Does
Subject to these Terms, Aveho grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Portal to:
- Create, label, and disable Invitation Codes.
- Distribute your Invitation Codes to prospective and existing Clients through your own marketing channels.
- Upload a logo used for co-branding in the App for your associated Clients.
- View Client Engagement Data for Clients associated with you.
- Where and when offered, fund Aveho Plus upgrades for your associated Clients.
Features described as "coming soon" in the Portal are not commitments. Aveho may add, change, or remove Portal features at any time.
5. Invitation Codes
- Invitation Codes are reusable and one-to-many. A single code may be redeemed by any number of Clients. Codes are not individually assigned to a specific person, and possession of a code by anyone permits redemption.
- You are solely responsible for how you distribute codes. Your distribution must comply with all applicable laws and rules, including the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), federal and state Do-Not-Call rules, state and federal fair housing laws, MLS rules, state real estate advertising and disclosure requirements, and your Brokerage's own policies.
- No misrepresentation. You may not represent that you are Aveho, that Aveho endorses you, or that Aveho is a party to any real estate transaction. Co-branding in the App is a courtesy attribution, not an endorsement or partnership.
- No resale. You may not sell, license, auction, or trade Invitation Codes, or condition any real estate service on a Client's use of a code.
- Disabling. Disabling a code prevents future redemptions. Disabled code strings are permanently retired and are never reissued. Existing Client associations made through a disabled code are not undone.
- Aveho may disable any code, or all of your codes, at any time if we believe they are being distributed unlawfully or in a way that harms Clients or the App.
6. Agent Content and Brand License
You grant Aveho a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, resize, and display your Agent Content within the App and Portal for the purpose of co-branding your associated Clients' experience.
You represent and warrant that you own or are licensed to use all Agent Content, including any Brokerage marks, franchise marks, REALTOR® or MLS marks, and photographs, and that your grant of this license does not violate any agreement or third-party right.
Aveho may decline to display, or may remove, any Agent Content at its discretion. You may replace or remove your logo at any time; changes take effect in the App on the Client's next launch.
7. Client Engagement Data — Permitted and Prohibited Use
The Portal shows you a deliberately narrow slice of information about Clients who associated with you by entering one of your Invitation Codes. What you can and cannot see is a hard product constraint, not a setting. See the Agent Portal Privacy Policy for the full field-level description.
You will never receive, through the Portal or otherwise, any Client's item photographs, item names, item descriptions, valuations, condition assessments, brands, categories, ratings, allocation decisions, room details, or the identity of any guest a Client invites to an event.
Permitted use. You may use Client Engagement Data solely to manage your own relationship with your own Clients — for example, to time your outreach, to measure which of your marketing channels perform, and to decide whether to fund an Aveho Plus upgrade.
Prohibited use. You will not:
- Sell, license, rent, share, or otherwise disclose Client Engagement Data to any third party, including data brokers, lead-generation services, other agents, or advertising platforms. Sharing within your own Brokerage is permitted only to the extent necessary to serve that same Client and only where the recipient is bound by equivalent restrictions.
- Use Client Engagement Data to make, inform, or support any decision, solicitation, or targeting practice that discriminates on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, familial status, disability, or any other characteristic protected under federal, state, or local fair housing law.
- Attempt to re-identify, infer, or reconstruct any Client's inventory contents, property values, or household composition from event names or item counts.
- Combine Client Engagement Data with other data sources in a manner that violates any applicable privacy law or your Brokerage's policies.
- Use Client Engagement Data to contact any individual in violation of TCPA, Do-Not-Call, or anti-spam rules.
- Use automated means to scrape, extract, or bulk-export Client Engagement Data from the Portal.
You are an independent controller of the data you receive. Once Client Engagement Data is in your hands, you are responsible for handling it in compliance with applicable privacy laws and for responding to any request or complaint arising from your own use of it.
Confidentiality. Client Engagement Data is confidential. You will protect it with at least the same care you apply to your own confidential client information, and in no event less than reasonable care.
Suspension. Aveho may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated this Section.
8. Fees and Billing
Pilot period. During the current pilot program, use of the Portal is provided at no charge, and any Aveho Plus upgrades granted to your Clients through your account are provided at no charge to you. No payment method is required and no charges will be incurred.
Future fees. Aveho may introduce fees for Portal access or for agent-funded Aveho Plus upgrades. We will not charge you anything without first giving you at least thirty (30) days' advance notice and obtaining your affirmative agreement to the applicable pricing and payment terms. Continued use of the Portal after that notice period, without agreeing to the new terms, will result in fee-bearing features being disabled rather than in charges being applied.
If and when fees apply, they will be processed by our third-party payment processor, billed to the payment method you provide, and governed by the pricing page or order form in effect at the time. Amounts already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
9. No Endorsement; No Professional Advice; No Guarantee
- Aveho does not endorse, recommend, verify, or vouch for you, your Brokerage, or your services. Co-branding is attribution only.
- Aveho is not a party to any listing agreement, buyer representation agreement, or real estate transaction between you and a Client.
- Item values shown in the App are AI-generated estimates for household planning. They are not appraisals, insurance valuations, or tax valuations, and neither you nor your Clients should rely on them as such. You will not represent them as appraisals.
- Aveho makes no guarantee of any number of Client signups, downloads, engagements, listings, or transactions resulting from your use of the Portal.
10. Acceptable Use
You will not, and will not permit anyone else to:
- Access the Portal by any means other than the interface we provide, including scrapers, bots, or automated scripts.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code or data model of the Portal.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Portal or attempt to circumvent authentication, row-level security, or the Client privacy boundary described in Section 7.
- Access data belonging to any agent, Client, or guest other than your own associated Clients.
- Upload malware, or content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or discriminatory.
- Use the Portal to build or benchmark a competing product.
Suspected security vulnerabilities should be reported to support@avehosolutions.com.
11. Intellectual Property
Aveho owns the Portal, the App, and all related software, designs, trademarks, and content, except for Agent Content and Client data. These Terms grant you no rights in Aveho's intellectual property other than the limited use right in Section 4.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant Aveho a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them without obligation to you.
12. Term, Suspension, and Termination
These Terms apply for as long as you have a Portal account.
You may terminate at any time by emailing support@avehosolutions.com. Aveho may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, on reasonable notice — or immediately and without notice for a violation of Section 5, 7, or 10, or where required by law.
On termination:
- Your Portal access ends and all of your Invitation Codes are disabled. Disabled code strings are permanently retired.
- Co-branding is removed from your associated Clients' App experience on their next launch.
- Aveho Plus upgrades already granted to your Clients remain active and are never revoked.
- Your Clients' relationships with Aveho, their accounts, and their data are unaffected. Clients are Aveho's users, not yours, and do not transfer with you.
- Historical attribution records linking Clients to your codes are retained as part of those Clients' own account records. See Section 7 of the Agent Portal Privacy Policy.
- Your obligations in Sections 7, 9, 11, 13, 14, 15, and 18 survive.
13. Disclaimers
THE PORTAL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AVEHO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PORTAL WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANALYTICS SHOWN IN THE PORTAL WILL BE COMPLETE, TIMELY, OR ACCURATE.
Analytics in the Portal are directional business intelligence. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for a financial or contractual decision.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AVEHO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST COMMISSIONS, LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, LOST LISTINGS, OR LOSS OF DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PORTAL, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
AVEHO'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE PORTAL WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNTS YOU PAID AVEHO IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
These limitations apply even if a limited remedy fails of its essential purpose, and do not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
15. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aveho and its officers, members, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, fine, penalty, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your distribution of Invitation Codes or any marketing, solicitation, or communication you send.
- Your use, disclosure, or handling of Client Engagement Data, including any fair housing, TCPA, Do-Not-Call, CAN-SPAM, or state privacy law claim.
- Your Agent Content, including any trademark or copyright claim.
- Your real estate services, representations, or transactions with any Client.
- Your breach of these Terms or violation of any law, MLS rule, or Brokerage policy.
16. Changes to These Terms
Aveho may update these Terms. For material changes, we will notify you by email or in-Portal notice at least fourteen (14) days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Portal after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept, your remedy is to stop using the Portal and terminate your account.
17. Relationship of the Parties
You and Aveho are independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, agency, or franchise relationship, or authorizes either party to bind the other.
18. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You and Aveho consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota, and each party waives any objection to that venue.
Each party waives any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action arising out of these Terms.
19. General
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Agent Portal Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Aveho regarding the Portal and supersede any prior discussions.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. Aveho may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- No waiver. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
- Force majeure. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
- Notices. We may send notices to the email address on your account. You may send notices to
support@avehosolutions.com.
